Fitness Flow™ LLC collects only the information needed to run a class: your name, email address, and (optionally) your mobile number so confirmations and reminders can reach you.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. Fitness Flow never sees or stores your card number.

We do not sell or rent your information. Email and text messages are sent only about your bookings and, if you opt in, class announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Booking a class creates an agreement between you and Fitness Flow™ LLC for that specific class date, time, and location.

Classes are led by Bo and follow the schedule published on this site. Details may change; you will be notified by email if a class you booked is changed.

Fitness Flow classes are wellness and movement experiences and are not medical, physical-therapy, or mental-health treatment. Please consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding individual conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or limitations.

Please arrive within the posted arrival window so class can begin on time and undisturbed.

By attending a Fitness Flow class you acknowledge that movement carries inherent risk, that you are participating voluntarily, and that you are responsible for practicing within your own comfort and ability.

You agree to move at your own pace, to rest whenever you need to, and to tell Bo about any condition, injury, or pregnancy that may affect your practice.

You release Fitness Flow™ LLC, its instructor, and the host venue from liability for injury arising from ordinary participation, to the extent permitted by law.

Booking a class confirms that you have read and accept this waiver on your own behalf, and on behalf of any minor you register.

All sales are final. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another class date.

Every confirmation email includes a private link to view or cancel your reservation. Cancelling releases your spot so another student can take it — it does not issue a refund.

If Fitness Flow cancels a class, you will be contacted directly and offered a seat at the next class or a full refund of that booking.

Fitness Flow is committed to a class and a website that welcome as many people as possible. Classes offer standing, seated, chair-supported, and floor options, and rest is always available.

No hands-on adjustments will be given without clear permission.

This site aims to follow WCAG 2.1 AA practices: readable text sizes, strong contrast, descriptive links and buttons, visible focus indicators, labelled forms, and full keyboard navigation.
